Exercise, along with nutrition, helps to build a strong immune system... and it's the medicine we all need to get through these challenging times, both physically and mentally.

It's easy to fall out of a routine, especially after working from home for so long, but what we eat and drink, move or lack thereof affect your body's ability to prevent, fight and recover. So let's get MOVING!

HWX Classes + Training
Whenever. Wherever.


Regardless of your comfort level with going back to the club, we have plenty of interactive options for you to MOVE your body!

On Demand and Live Classes: from HIIT to Strength, Barre to Yoga, and everything in between. We have more than 600 class videos in our virtual library, along with multiple Live + Virtual classes offered On Demand and in the clubs each week.

Outdoor Classes: we've expanded our Healthworks Group Outdoors offerings, now with classes at St. Mark's Park in Coolidge Corner, The Street at Chestnut Hill, Trinity Park in Copley Square, outside of Healthworks Chestnut Hill, The Greenway and Cambridge (coming soon!). All run through the end of September.

Personal Training: train with our award-winning Personal Trainers for extra guidance and support. Your trainer will meet with you wherever you feel comfortable; in the club, remotely, or outdoors!

Outdoor or Remote teamTRAIN: our Trainers are offering Outdoor and Remote teamTRAIN varieties in Singles and as a Season, with sessions in Chestnut Hill, Cambridge, Brookline, Roslindale and the South End. teamTRAIN sessions are open to all, no matter your home club or if you're a member or not.
